4. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated.
  • Setup fees are due before development starts; monthly fees cover hosting, updates, and support.
  • Late or non-payment may lead to suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of source code, designs, and other IP until invoices are paid in full. After full payment, you receive a licence to use the app and related materials for your business.

6. Content and Data

You are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful content (text, images, logos). We are not responsible for third-party content provided by you. Data collected through your app is handled under UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

7. Support and Maintenance

Monthly plans include ongoing updates, bug fixes, and basic content changes as described in your plan. New features or major changes may incur additional costs agreed in advance.

8. Cancellations and Termination
  • You may cancel monthly support with 30 days’ notice.
  • Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable once development has started.
  • We may terminate services for breach of terms or non-payment.
9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, or for downtime, data loss, or third-party failures beyond our control. Our total liability will not exceed the total paid by you in the 12 months before any claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version appears on this page with the effective date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
